The Ballroom is the Edison Walthall Hotel's largest meeting/banquet space, with room for up to 400 people.

With room for groups from 14 to 400, each of the nine function spaces in the hotel have been refurbished, and can be set up to suit the specific needs of the type of meeting taking place.

For year-around comfort, the ballroom and other recently refurbished meeting/banquet rooms are equipped with new zoned heating/cooling systems with individual room temperature control.

The Theater is well suited for classroom type events, with a state of the art audio/visual system for multimedia presentations. The multi-tiered design of the theater allows for unobstructed views of the retractable movie screen from any point in the room. 

The Boardroom is an excellent choice for small meetings of up to 14, or a reception of up to 20 people. The room is outfitted with a solid mahogany table, beautiful wall sconces and brass chandelier, and exceptionally comfortable chairs.
