The Restaurant Just inside the entrance from Capitol Street is the Edison Walthall Hotel restaurant. A favorite among local business people for lunch, the dining room features American cuisine, some items with a local flair such as baked stuffed catfish. The Walthall desserts are perpetually popular, and are made from scratch by the chef.
The Bar Rich woods and unique art collection heighten the ambience of this club-like setting. The bar is open 4pm to 10 pm Monday through Saturday. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres 5 pm to 7 pm Monday through Friday, pianist nightly except weekends.
